"At the Livingston County Jail we strive to provide a safe secure facility staffed by highly trained motivated deputies and civilian staff. We pride ourselves on maintaining a fiscally prudent correctional setting that offers many programs to better prepare the population to comfortably transition after release. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Minimum Standards and Regulations set forth by the New York State Commission of Corrections at the least possible cost to the community, all while keeping the people of Livingston County safe."
