Respite Care is used for a variety of reasons:

• A care giver's brief hospitalization.
• A care giver's need to be out of town.
• A care giver's need for a break from the responsibility of providing care.

Planning a Short Stay...

The following information is necessary for participation in the Short Stay (Respite) Program:

• An application for admission.
• A home visit/assessment by staff.
• A medical form completed by your physician.
• A signed admission agreement.
• Financial information.
