Recommended Childhood Vaccinations
All recommended childhood vaccinations are available through the VFC (Vaccines for Children), with no appointment necessary.  Please see below for qualifications. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all children and bring the child’s immunization record with them (if available).

If a person is over the age of 18, and under 19, they are considered an adult but still qualify for VFC.  A parent of legal guardian is not required.

The following vaccinations are normally available at our walk-in clinics:
  • DTaP (Diptheria, tetanus, and pertussis)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b)
  • HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
  • Influenza 
  • Meningococcal
  • MMR (Measles, mumps, rubella)
  • Pentacel (Diptheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenzae type b)
  • Pneumococcal 13 and 23
  • Polio
  • Td (Tetanus)
  • Tdap (Tetanus, diptheria, pertussis)
  • Varicella (Chickenpox)

Covered Vaccinations and Billing Information:

VFC/CHIP-eligible children must be under 19 and meet at least one of the following eligibility categories:

  • Medicaid recipients (both fee-for-service and managed care)
  • Uninsured
  • Underinsured (A child who has commercial health insurance but the coverage does not include vaccines, a child whose insurance covers only selected vaccines [VFC-eligible for non-covered vaccines only], or a child whose insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount or number of visits [VFC-eligible once that cap is exceeded]).  If you have insurance that covers vaccines, you must receive the immunization at your physicians office.
  • American Indians/Alaskan Natives
  • Enrolled in the State Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

Parents or guardians will be responsible for an admistration fee for the vaccine given.  This can be done on a sliding fee scale.

Adult Immunizations
The following immunizations are available for adults over the age of 19: 
  • Flu - $38
  • Hepatitis A - $90
  • Hepatitis B - $80
  • HPV (Human papilomavirus) - $160
  • IPV (Polio) - $53
  • Meningococcal -$143
  • MMR (Measles, mumps, rubella) - $82
  • Pneumococcal- $170
  • Tdap (Tetanus, diptheria, and pertussis) - $67
  • Tetanus - $47
  • Twinrix - $118
  • Varicella (Chicken pox) - $120

Prices above include a $25.00 administration fee.

Most insurances are accepted.  If you are uninsured or underinsured, please call 243-7299 for more information. 

For anyone who is returning to school and required to have an MMR vaccination, the vaccination is free of charge.
You will need proof of college attendance.  You may be responsible for a $25.00 administration fee depending on insurance coverage or payment based on a sliding fee scale (income based).

PPD Testing
The cost for Tuberculin (PPD) testing is $31 per dose, for both children and adults.
