A Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a volunteer group of DWI victims and surviving family members who speak to audiences about the life altering consequences of impaired driving.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office provides Victim Impact Panels for those mandated to attend. If you have previously attended a Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Victim Impact Panel you are prohibited from attending another panel provided by us.
Registration is mandatory, you will not be allowed in to the panel if you have not registered. Registration and payment of $25 must be received the Wednesday prior to the panel date you select to attend, panel fee is non-refundable.
2020 Panel dates are January 13, March 9, May 11 cancelled due to COVID-19, July 13, September 14 and November 9.
You are required to be present no later than 6:30 pm with the Victim Impact Panel beginning at 7:00 pm sharp, no one will be admitted late.
No one under the influence of of alcohol or mood altering substances will be allowed to attend.
Panels are held at the Training Room at the Emergency Management Building 3360 Gypsy Lane, Mount Morris, New York.
