If you are aware that someone currently under probation supervision is in violation of his/her conditions of probation, we need your help in holding probationers accountable. Reports of non-compliance can be made 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The report must include the probationer's first and last name, a date of birth (if available), and his/her assigned probation officer (if known).
