COVID-10 Bivaent Booster available for ages 6 and older at this clinic
Vaccine clinics were be offered once a month moving forward.
The CDC recommends receiving the COVID-19 Bivalent Booster and Flu vaccine at the same time.
Flu vaccine is available for ages 6 months and older. At this time, there is no high-dose flu vaccine being offered at DOH.
If you are unable to walk due to a medical issue, please call 585-243-7299
when you arrive and a nurse will come out to your vehicle.

At all clinics:
Bring your vaccination and insurance cards.
Wear clothing that can provide easy access to your arm.
Masks are required for the duration of the visit and in the cars.
Arrive on time.
Be prepared to wait 15 minutes after the vaccination for observation.
Eligibility for the New Booster:
The Bivalent COVID-19 booster has been approved for one dose by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration.
Must be 6 years of age or older for Moderna and 5 years of age or older for Pfizer.
Must have completed at least their primary vaccine(s) - 2 of Moderna, 2 of Pfizer, 2 of Novavax, or 1 of J&J. For more information on infant, children, and youth vaccines and boosters, visit the NYS Department of Health website.
Last COVID-19 vaccine must be at least 2 months ago.

If you recently had COVID-19, you may consider delaying your next vaccine dose (primary dose or booster) by 3 months from when your symptoms started or, if you had no symptoms, when you first received a positive test. This is from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

For those 60+, please call the Livingston County Office for the Aging at 585-243-7520 to schedule an appointment time. For those unable to get on-line and are 59 and younger or have questions, please contact the Department of Health at 585-243-7270.
Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines:
The CDC recommends receiving the Flu and COVID-19 Bivalent Booster at the same time. If you have questions about getting your flu and COVID vaccines at different times, please talk with your healthcare provider.
Flu vaccine is available for age 6 months and older. At this time, there is no high dose flu vaccine being offered at DOH.
Registration for the Flu vaccine will be completed on arrival at clinic.
If the Flu vaccine is not available at the clinic, information will be provided to interested participants on where they can obtain the flu vaccines at local pharmacies.
Vaccination Cards:
For lost vaccination cards, please call your doctor (to get your vaccine dates) as LCDOH cannot provide replacement cards.
