Respite Care Uses
Our respite care provides:
- A care giver's brief hospitalization
- A care giver's need for a break from the responsibility of providing care
- A care giver's need to be out of town
Planning a Short Stay
The following information is necessary for participation in the Short Stay (respite) Program:
- A home visit / assessment by staff
- A medical form completed by your physician
- An application for admission
- A signed admission agreement
- Financial information
