Respite Care Uses

Our respite care provides:
  • A care giver's brief hospitalization
  • A care giver's need for a break from the responsibility of providing care
  • A care giver's need to be out of town

Planning a Short Stay

The following information is necessary for participation in the Short Stay (respite) Program:
  • A home visit / assessment by staff
  • A medical form completed by your physician
  • An application for admission
  • A signed admission agreement
  • Financial information
