GENESEO, N.Y., Jan. 9. 2023 – Now in its 81st year, the Livingston County Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting orders as part of its Conservation Tree and Shrub Seedling Program.
Order forms, which are due no later than March 10, 2023, are available online and must be submitted to:

Seedling orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The District has no control over the weather or your choice of planting sites, times or techniques. The District will not be held responsible for your plant stock after it leaves the distribution center. Planting instructions and best practices are available upon request.
Those who submit an order form will be able to pick up their selections at the County Highway Department at 3360 Gypsy Lane in Groveland from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Friday, April 21st and again from 8 a.m. through 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 22nd.
The Livingston County Soil and Water Conservation District is a local government subdivision under New York State law. The District was established in 1942 to protect and promote natural resources for water quality throughout Livingston County. Participation in the seedling sale supports the District’s conservation efforts.
