GENESEO, N.Y., Oct. 24, 2023 – Are you interested in serving your community and helping others? Foodlink and Livingston County are looking to reduce food insecurity throughout the County and are seeking volunteers to help staff a pop-up food pantry.
The pantry will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 31st in the Save-A-Lot grocery store located at 15 E. State St., Mount Morris, N.Y. 14510. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8:30 a.m.
Volunteers are needed to help with setting up, uploading items from trucks and assisting with traffic flow, boxing food items, delivering food boxes to cars and cleaning up after the event ends.
