GENESEO, N.Y., Oct. 30, 2023 - In compliance with requirements set forth by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, the Livingston County Department of Social Services is making available to the interested public a copy of its 2024-2025 Temporary Assistance (TA) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment Plan for review and comment.
The plan addresses numerous areas that are critical to supporting these programs including administration, orientation, assessment and employment plans, engagement, work activities and requirements, quality assurances and support services, conciliation, sanction and dispute resolution procedures, disability determinations, documentation and requirements for exempt individuals and district certification.
