The County of Livingston invites bids for the Livingston County, COUNTY COURTHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT, 2 Court Street, Geneseo, New York 14454 at the Livingston County Geneseo Campus.  The work consists of two (2) contracts:  Electrical Work and Roof Construction Work.

Plan & Spec Available:
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at City Blue Imaging Services, 68 Scio Street, Rochester, NY 14604 (tel: 585-454-1695), beginning July 5, 2019, upon deposit of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per set. Checks for deposit for Contract Documents shall be made payable to Livingston County. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for the Contract Documents. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of one (1) set each. Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, etc., will be issued a maximum of one (1) set each. Any complete or partial sets required in excess of maximum issue are to be obtained, at their cost, with no money returned.
Special Requirements:
The official time for the receipt of bids will be the time shown on the time stamp located in the Board of Supervisors/County Administration area, Room 302 on the third floor, Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court Street, Geneseo, New York, 14454.

Security procedures are in effect at the Livingston County Office Building. Interested parties, especially contractors who intend to hand deliver proposals and/ or conduct business with Livingston County, should allow sufficient time for any delay which may arise as a result of security procedures. To be considered “delivered on time,” a submission must be received by County Administration by the appointed time.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE for the Project will be conducted by the Architect/Engineer on Thursday, July 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM, starting at Project Location, County Courthouse Main Public Entrance located at South Façade of the Building, 2 Court Street, Geneseo, New York. Review of the existing project areas will follow this session.
